Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 175 grams of flour mixed with baking powder
  • 125 g butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 fresh peaches
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of VOM FASS Vineyard Peach Liqueur
  • 2-3 teaspoons of VOM FASS Hazelnut Oil
  • 1 pinch of salt


  • Add flour and baking powder in a bowl. Add milk, eggs and salt and mix into a soft dough
  • Leave to rest for 15 minutes. Bake the pancakes. Keep pancakes warm in the oven
  • Wash peaches and cut in slices; place the slices on a trey covered with parchment paper. Add sugar and VOM FASS Vineyard Peach Liqueur. Put in the oven until the sugar has melted
  • Place the pancakes on plates, slices of peaches, vanilla ice cream. Sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts (chopped) and add a drizzle of Hazelnut oil
