Ingredients:
- 6 figs
- 6 tsp lime juice
- lime zest (untreated)
- 2 tbsp Madeira VOM FASS
- 2 tbsp Chardonnay VOM FASS
- 1-2 tsp sugar
- 1 piece of ginger
- 100g mild feta cheese
- 75g prosciutto
- Pepper
Preparation:
- Fig slices: slice the figs, lay the slices on parchment paper and then place on a trey, sprinkle some sugar, put in the oven
- Fig puree: 3 tsp lime juice, Madeira, white wine, sugar, grated ginger and blitz ; season, taste and adjust to your taste
- Cut the Feat cheese into dices
- Put the fig puree on crostini, the Feta dices, the Parma ham and a slice of fig
