Peel the mangoes; cut some slices to dress up the glass and cut the rest of the mangoes in dices
Toast the flaked almonds in a pan without oil. When ready, mix them with honey
Mix the yogurt with mascarpone, honey and VOM FASS mango balsam vinegar
Break the biscotti into crumbs
In a glass, make layers with biscotti crumbs, mango dices, creamy mixture with yogurt and mascarpone, and flaked almonds with honey, and repeat until you fill up the glass
Put the mango slices on top and add fresh mint leaves (optional)
