Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 400g of raw prawns
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 onion
  • 150 g of pineapple
  • Chopped garlic
  • 4 tbsp of fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp of oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp of sesame oil
  • VOM FASS apple balsam vinegar
  • Egg noodles


  • Wash the vegetables and cut them into fine strips.
  • Devein the prawns
  • Heat up some oil and add the onions, the sliced peppers then the pineapple; add some oyster sauce and VOM FASS sesame oil. Add some VOM FASS apple balsam vinegar to deglaze.
  • Cook the prawns in a separate pan and season; when cooked, add some fish sauce; add them to the vegetables.
  • Cook your egg noodles and add to your vegetables.
  • Serve with a drizzle of VOM FASS apple balsam vinegar and chopped coriander.
