Blunt bangs are seeing a revival as of late, and two of our favorite musicians were spotted rocking a full fringe at the 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards earlier this week. Taylor Swift and Rihanna are polar opposites when it comes to music, but it appears that the two have more in common than we think as both used the event to unveil their freshly chopped bangs.

Other stars to recently adopt this 70s inspired hairstyle include Behati Prinsloo, who has been wearing a variation of the fringe for years, and Lady Gaga, who debuted her new locks over Instagram. With the 70s making a comeback in full force, it’s only fitting that hairstyles follow suit.
